How is screening of candidates done ?

A candidate has to go through two types of screening. Test / Interview. A test is configured by clubbing a set of questions from Resource Datamine . The candidate is sent a link of the test by email. The candidate takes the test online.

An interview can be face-to-face or telephonic. In either case, the feedback is entered by the interviewer or by the hr person on behalf of the interviewer.
